How is Trail priced?

Per site, per month. Every plan includes unlimited users, so your whole team can use Trail at no extra cost. You can pay monthly or pay yearly and save. 

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try Trail free for 14 days, with no card required. 

Are there any setup fees?

There’s no mandatory setup or consultancy fee. You can also import your existing checklists for free to get started. 

How do I pay?

In the UK, you can pay by card or Direct Debit. If you’re a larger customer and need to pay by invoice, talk to our team. 

How long is the contract?

Every plan has a 12-month minimum term. To cancel, give us 90 days’ notice before the end of your term. Otherwise, your plan renews automatically. 

What equipment do I need?

Trail runs in any modern browser, so there’s nothing to download. Your team can use their own phones or a shared tablet. Trail also works offline once the day’s tasks have loaded.
